All items (excluding diaper bags) will ship within 3 business days from date of purchase. Diaper Bags will ship 7-14 business days from date of purchase.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refund Policy When we agree to refund a purchase, we will refund (usually by check in the purchaser's name and address) within 30 days.
Returns Policy If you feel your unused product purchase needs to be returned, we ask that you follow procedure:
* You must return the item within 30 days of purchase, unused. * Return it in the shape it arrived. * Return in any original product packaging (you may choose another box to ship in, but please be sure the product is in it's original box). * Include a note as to the reason you're returning the product(s), and your invoice OR the date of purchase, your address, your name, and your contact information. * Contact us for approval before marking an unopened shipment "return to sender" * Returns (with approval) should be sent to the following address: Keira Lilli c/o Shavawn Cornett: Returns 3060 W. Lucia Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85083 Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or store credit immediately for the original purchase price, minus shipping costs.
